We may disclose your personal information to YP Securities Pty Ltd, identity verification providers, AML/CTF screening providers, payment infrastructure partners, securities execution and brokerage partners, government agencies and regulatory bodies, AFCA, and our legal advisers or auditors where necessary.

In providing certain services, we may transfer personal information to recipients located outside Australia, including service providers operating in the United States and the European Union.

Where we do so, we take reasonable steps to ensure that recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
