Liberty Stone's remuneration is derived from brokerage fees on securities transactions, spreads on foreign exchange conversions within multi-currency accounts, placement fees for managed funds and regulated investment instruments, and platform or administration fees where applicable.
We may receive remuneration from third-party product providers when you access their products through the Platform. This creates a potential conflict of interest that we manage through partner due diligence standards and Target Market Determination requirements.
We do not receive conflicted remuneration in breach of Part 7.7A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and no commissions are paid in connection with personal advice services because Liberty Stone provides general advice only.

YP Securities Pty Ltd, the AFSL holder under whose authority we operate, maintains professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the Corporations Act and ASIC regulatory guidance.
This insurance covers claims arising out of the financial services provided under the relevant AFSL, including services provided by Liberty Stone as a Corporate Authorised Representative.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the financial services we provide, please contact us in the first instance at compliance@libertystone.com.au or by post at Suite 109, Level 1, 40 Burgundy Street, Heidelberg VIC 3084, Australia.
We are required to acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and provide a final response within 30 calendar days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, an ASIC-approved external dispute resolution scheme.
